PFCG Inc. is a California project management firm that coordinates California-licensed architects and professional engineers - retained as partners or subcontractors - to deliver complete, permit-ready fire rebuild construction document packages under one master agreement.
We provide production-based architectural and engineering services @ 30% lower fees than your typical Architect firm for fire rebuild projects throughout Southern California. Our team structure allows us to manage 5 -30 projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, coordination, and schedule discipline.

Workflow to Prevent Delays
Our workflow is structured to prevent delays. We begin with a high-level client meeting, verify zoning and GIS parcel data, coordinate with City officials to confirm ordinances and code requirements, finalize scope, and develop preliminary layouts for drafting. Clients and stakeholders receive consistent weekly updates throughout design and submittal.
All key team members are licensed Professional Engineers (PE), ensuring technical accuracy and code compliance from concept through permit approval. We design everything from tract homes to semi-custom and high-end custom residences, including complex rebuild conditions.
OTHER SERVICES: Our dedicated permit submittal division is highly experienced in burn-area jurisdictions and understands expedited pathways and post-fire reconstruction requirements. We work directly with developers, Builders, real estate firms, and insurance carriers to streamline documentation and approvals
